I'm here to review the Customer service, not the service provided as I'm a new customer. A piece of advice, ask for Marina! Fantastic customer service! I'm delighted by her attention, kindness and knowledge about the product she's offering. Different than other Sales representatives she actually knows what she's offering you. She helped me to find the best energy plan for my house, asking about my needs and preferences and explained me about the smart meter, rates and plans. If the service provided be as good as her customer service, I'll be a life time customer. 10/10 Marina

Easy to use site very clear instructions I'm not very technical aware but this was easy less than 5 minutes have up to date meters reading will help
