Built and occupied before 2011 for insulation, heating controls and renewable systems grants

Does your home:

Have an existing BER of D2 or lower and achieve at least a BER of B2 on work completion.

Your home:

Has not previously received grants for the same home energy upgrades

How do deep retrofit projects work?

Homeowners can choose the best energy upgrade for their home and view the cash amount that the SEAI & Energia will contribute towards the cost of the upgrade. Ordinarily, homeowners would have to pay for all work and claim back the grants at a later date. The benefits of upgrading your home with Energia are:

I'm gonna give it 5 because after giving it a bad review, a guy i forgot the name one of the customer service explained well to me how my bill sky rocketed and offered me a more flexible type of payment. We got a gad boiler replaced. Thank you to amazing team... work nice and neat. Good communication and also expleained all, gas Boiler placed on the attic so we have a pleanty space in the kitchen now. 😀
